Refund Policy
If you are dissatisfied with your order for quality reasons only, after review you may be able to return the items for a prompt refund or exchange.
Refunds for items returned within thirty days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type.
Refunds for items returned more than thirty days after the purchase date will be in the form of a credit redeemable on your next purchase.
The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
If you have an exchange for additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred. Please send your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address we will provide you based on your location.
Warranty
Depending on the item we offer different warranties, check the specification tab to see which one applies.
30-DAY 30 day warranty.
DOA Defective On Arrival warranty. Buyer must return item in 14 days.
MANUFACTURER Warranty is provided by the manufacturer.
Item Condition
Check the specification tab to see the condition of the item. These are the item condition definitions.
AS-NEW, This is a never used item or a ver slightly used item. The item has been tested and it is in full working condition.
CLEAN+TESTED, The item has been cleaned, inspected, and tested to full working order and it is in excellent condition.
Complete ATM Machines
Please note that in complete ATM machines the Consumables, Software and Hard Drives are not included.
Part numbers listed are an example of the configuration, and we do not guarantee that they will match exactly for every item sold. Some components may have different part number, however they usually mantain compatibility or functionality. Contact us to give you full details and specs.
Buyer must arrange and pay for all freight costs. If you prefer to pick up the machines or get an estimate of the shipping costs, please contact us before buying. We will be able to calculate the shipping costs after reviewing an online order, therefore some adjustments in the freight costs may occur. In that case you are eligible of cancelling the order and a refund will be issued.

At any time after receipt of your order, we may accept, decline, or place quantity or other limits on your order for any reason.
